Youth Music
20,000 Voices has received funding from Youth Music for three exciting developmental projects to encourage boys to sing. In 2007 20,000 Voices ran a project which was part of the national Early Years Cluster Programme. Youth Music also consults 20,000 Voices on a wide range of vocal activity, recognising our close involvement with the singing community in the north of England.
Music Leader North East
20,000 Voices is working in partnership with Music Leader North East to develop networks for people who lead music sessions in Northumberland. We are also working in partnership to provide training opportunities for singers and music leaders across the north east. Music Leader is a national initiative developed by Youth Music.
Brinkburn Music
20,000 Voices enjoys a close relationship with Brinkburn Music - working with them on their community and education programme each year. Much of the work which we present culminates in performances by amateur singers alongside internationally renowned professional artists at Brinkburn Music Festival each summer.

20,000 Voices is a member of Making Music, The National Federation of Music Societies the largest umbrella organisation for voluntary music groups in the country. Making Music supports its members with a range of services- including insurance, information, funding schemes, lobbying on behalf of live music and voluntary music making, and in providing support and development opportunities.
Mid-Northumberland Arts Group

MidNAG was dissolved in 2003. 20,000 Voices was originally a MidNAG project, and enjoyed a close relationship with them. They provided financial and in-kind support over a number of years, since we became independent. We also worked collaboratively with MidNAG on a number of exciting projects.
Wansbeck
20,000 Voices had offices within Wansbeck District Council departments for 10 years, also receiving considerable support with mailing, telephone and printing costs. In March 2004, 20,000 Voices moved away from Woodhorn Colliery Museum, which was about to undergo a major redevelopment. The company is now based at Alnwick Playhouse.
